A living, breathing museum, Sana'a is proof that a machine is just a collecton of metal pieces and lubricant that will continue moving forever as long as you keep breathing into them. Held together by string, tape, prayers and home-grown charm, the rusty Peugeots, legendary Land Cruisers and anonymous pieces of scrap on wheels rattle over cobblestones in Sana'a's old city, over ragged highways across cities and through wadis clogged with stones and water
